THIRD YEAR

Springboard into leadership

As a Third-Year student, you have spent two years encountering the Father, living from your identity as His child and learning how to minister from the overflow of that encounter with Him. Year three is all about honing your ministry leadership skills, and learning how to disciple others to become ministers themselves. You will be receiving Advanced Ministry Trainings with Convergence Church Pastors, Guest Speakers and have regular Q&A's with Pastor Greg. You will be interning with a CSM Staff member in ministry, and putting what you've learned into practice by leading Ministry Opportunities, teaching Year 2 students and working with your staff lead. This year is designed to be a springboard for people who want to be equipped as leaders. Our heart for you is to end this year ready to run with the Father full speed in whatever He is calling you into.

Schedule Overview

Classes start in Aug and finish in May!

We meet weekly, on Sundays, from 3p-7:15p at Convergence Church.

There are also off-site ministry events that students will be deployed at throughout the school year!

Tuition Cost

  • $900 for individuals.

  • $1,700 for married couples.

  • Childcare available for additional fee.

You will have the opportunity to apply as interns into one of the following Ministry Leadership Internships. This is a time for you to continue to be developed by your staff leader, but also turn around and raise up others to minister as well. You will be working with your staff leader to pour into Year 2 students, develop a curriculum, teach classes, do ministry and legislate Jesus's Kingdom on the Earth!
