What is CSM?

CSM is designed to be a ministry training center where students embrace who they are as sons and daughters, learn the values of the Kingdom, and walk in the authority and power of the Lord, Jesus. As students go through the three years of CSM, they will learn to live in the fullness of who they were designed to be as sons/daughters of the King, pour out in ministry from the overflow of their encounter with the Lord and then train up other people to do the same.

CSM Culture

  • The mission of CSM is to equip and deploy people to go from being church attenders to World Changers who passionately pursue personal, regional and global transformation in their God-given spheres of influence.

  • CSM is designed to be a ministry training center where students embrace who they are as sons and daughters, learn the values of the Kingdom, and walk in the authority and power of the Lord, Jesus. As students go through the three years of CSM, they will learn to live in the fullness of who they were designed to be as sons/daughters of the King, pour out in ministry from the overflow of their encounter with the Lord and then train up other people to do the same.

  • CSM is centered around freedom, empowerment, respect, healthy boundaries and teachability. Our culture encourages, empowers and grows a World-Changer lifestyle. There is a high level of student interaction through activations, impartations and Revival Group activities. Therefore, we have high expectations for students to practice and maintain honor toward themselves and others.

  • Each Y1 and Y2 class starts off with encountering the Lord through Revival Group and worship. God is our focus, and we love to worship him and be in His presence! In teaching and training, CSM uses a hands-on approach. Expect out-of-class "heart-work" designed to help you implement what you have learned. Each class will teach you how to minister in a way that demonstrates love and value, and serves those whom you come in contact with every day.

  • We begin each Year 1 class with Revival Group, led by our 2nd-year students, pastoral team and staff! This time is designed for us to grow together in life and ministry, getting vulnerable with the Lord, ourselves and each other!

OUR CORE VALUES

  • In every moment of every day, God seeks our highest good in every area of our lives. This demonstrates His unconditional love and unwavering goodness in our lives.

  • We live by the truth of God's Word. the Bible seeks our highest good and instructs us on how to live as God has designed us. The Bible is living, active and is the foundation for all life and faith.

  • Our number one priority and supreme value is God's presence as we worship and glorify Jesus. His presence and glory are to be experienced and lived out, personally and corporately, as we minister to pray to and worship Him.

  • We find Freedom through Salvation (Forgiveness of sins, healing and deliverance) and live out our true identity as sons and daughters of a good Heavenly Father.

  • Every believer is part of Christ's Ekklesia (the church), legislating, building and expanding the kingdom of God as supernatural ministers, carrying out the works of Jesus in the power of the Holy Spirit.

  • We intentionally create a culture and community where individuals are equipped, celebrated, believed in and deployed into their prophetic purpose, transforming each person, their homes and the world regardless of age, ethnicity and status.

  • We re-present Jesus by loving and serving others as salt, light and leaven to the world, while living and upholding righteousness and Biblical values. We live to impact people's lives by bringing them into an encounter with God's grace and transforming power.

  • We work to fulfill the Great Commission by partnering with the Holy Spirit to reach people of Christ, changing the world one person at a time for God's glory.
