STEP INTO MINISTRY

As a second-year student, you will take all you have learned in first year and activate it in year two. You will be trained in how to serve in ministry out of the overflow of encounter with your heavenly Father. You will be given an opportunity to serve in supernatural ministry, and you will be learning, activating, and growing in your ministry and leadership gifts while being taught, developed, and discipled by others. In addition, you will be able to pick from and take part in Ministry Opportunities and be deployed to grow your anointing and calling further as a world changer!

Classes start in Aug and finish in May!

We meet weekly, on Sundays, from 3p-7:15p at Convergence Church.

There are also off-site ministry events that students will be deployed at throughout the school year!

Tuition Cost

  • $1,000 for individuals.

Our ministry opportunities are led by CSM staff who are passionate and trained in the following ministries. They, along with their Year 3 Interns will be pouring into you and training you in one of the following ministries throughout the year. This is a time for you to focus on something you're feeling called to, or even stretch yourself and learn a new type of ministry out of your comfort zone. All of these ministries are opportunities to build the Kingdom and continue to bring Heaven to Earth out of the overflow of our daily encounter with our Heavenly Father.

CSM Year 2 Modules

  • As World-Changers, we live out a Christ-centered, Spirit-empowered, and world-changing lifestyle. We focus on bringing Heaven to Earth, and finding and fulfilling our purpose and calling the Lord has on our lives to be the Ekklesia in today's world. To fulfill God's plan and purpose for our lives, we must begin by building on a solid foundation defining what a World-Changer is. In this course, we will cover: a world-changer’s calling, identity, heart, and interior life. By establishing these first, we can begin to build a world-changing lifestyle that truly changes our lives and the lives of others!

  • The first module we looked at who World-Changers are. In the second module we will learn what World-Changers possess. You will be learning the key truths that all true biblical World-Changers must possess. These foundation truths pave the road to effective ministry, kingdom fruitfulness and longevity.

  • Having covered the heart and character of a World-Changer in our previous two modules, we will now focus on how World-Changers lead. Among the topics covered are family, vision, dependence, influence, personal growth, and leading through failure. To bring the Kingdom and change the world, these practical and foundational truths are essential.

  • Having covered who World-Changers are, what World-Changers possess, and how World- Changers lead, we will now focus on how World-Changers thrive. Among the topics covered in this module are perseverance, dependence, purity, handling rejection and staying in a place of submission. To thrive in Kingdom ministry, these practical and foundation truths are essential and build on the previous modules.

  • Through the first four modules, we have learned who World-Changers are, what World- Changers possess, how World-Changers influence, and how World-Changers thrive. In our last module of the year, we combine the pieces for a solid world-changing ministry foundation. Our last module is titled "How World-Changers Change the World." Among the topics covered in this module are courage and conviction, influencing others, serving and empowering people, discipling nations as well as practical organization and productivity tools. The closing of our last module sets the stage for year three, where students will move into leading ministry with advanced ministry training.
